Meet Our Founder: Jake Halley

I have a decade of experience in civil construction and spent the last five years specializing in concreting. I have a passion for creating stunning work and I always look forward to seeing an amazing finished product at the end of all of my projects.

Coming from a background in landscape construction I have gained invaluable experience working on large scale projects that have provided me with an insight into construction principles, project management and the importance of communication with customers and precision with work.

Outside of work I am an Army Reservist, love to work-out and spend time with my family. On the weekend, if I'm not concreting you will find me in the gym, in the bush or at home with my wife and dog.

In establishing Halley Concrete, my vision was clear: to provide Melbourne homeowners and businesses with top-tier concreting services and to ensure that every project receives personal attention and meets the high standards that Halley Concrete is known for.
